Distrust of the government has been trending upwards ever since 9/11.

The official story, as is force fed into the public consciousness through the Zionist-controlled media, is up against the squelched voices that manage to gain attention online. And the shadow government has plans for that as well.

It is a little broadcast fact that the CIA has a long history of working alongside "mental health" practitioners who could more honestly be called torturers or mind control technicians. This supposedly ended in the 1970s, but a massive amount of evidence indicates that government operations are still informed and building on them.The most overt example being the use of torture and interrogation techniques used at Guantanamo Bay. According to sources, these were also extensively practiced in Iraq and Afghanistian.

One somewhat well known example of this is the case of Dr. Donald Ewan Cameron, who served not only the CIA, but as "as President of the Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations, the American Psychopathological Association and the Society of Biological Psychiatry. Dr. Cameron developed experiments in mind control, often termed MK Ultra that involved LSD, electroshock, and subliminal messages, and used test subjects against their will. In other words, quite disturbingly, to those who love freedom, Dr. Cameron helped shape modern psychiatry, which means that it was designed to designate those who oppose tyranny as having mental illness.

Meanwhile, as the country launches into turmoil over the militarized, automatically exonerated police, how does one even contemplate standing up against a power that has programmed the whole country into believing that disagreeing with the television is a form of insanity? And a country that has been forced to purchase Obamacare which will be implemented to force medicate the young so that they can't even acquire the biological wherewithal to contemplate dissent?

Yes, take the blue pill, or else, you know, leaked documents revealed plans to "re-educate" dissidents in FEMA camp-like facilities. And, well, is it much of a stretch to call those facilities "universities" now?

Meanwhile, they whole country of America has been turned into a nation of immigrants. This places us all under the power of the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees the immigrant class. Of course, America is now an extension of Israel, and those of us of the goyim class are all immigrants now, or you could think of us as the new Palestinians. In fact, the militarized police were trained by Zionists, often including key players being flown to Israel to hammer in the message.

I mean, really, if we're all immigrants, and all immigrants are citizens, where does that leave American sovereignty? And who benefits? 

Oddly, the fact that all the key power players in the United States are either Jewish or under the whim of Jews doesn't strike many Americans as sinister. It's possible that being plugged into the TV and music from birth has a role in this. And some even suggest the use of other technologies, hidden in the cell tower network, might be used to sway public opinion covertly.

But that's just wild speculation, or is it? Well, according to this Jewish reporter, it isn't, at least in regards to Hollywood. Apparently, a Jewish reporter can point out Jews run Hollywood and call Americans stupid and it's fine. But if Mel Gibson or Gary Oldman do it--they're crazy racist Nazis.

Perhaps this is no surprise is we remember the roots of modern psychology. Sigmund Freud was the originator of many of the techniques by which propaganda is shaped, and Edward Bernays, his nephew, brought the goods to America. It is probably quite correct to line up the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, the First World War, the League of Nations, and the Tavistock Institute to get an overview of how Jewish control of the American public filtered into all our lives. And you could throw in the takeover of 25 newspapers by Zio-Puppet JP Morgan.  The Federal Reserve Act basically handed them control of the money, WWI was fought on their behalf, the League of Nations was created to globalize their power, and the Tavistock Institute was formed to mind control the world into obedience to the Star of David.

And, with a few bumps in the road here and there, like the American's annoying tendency to cling to guns and Bibles, it's been moving ahead at the slowly boiling frog pace ever since. But Tavistock inspired tactics can still be seen in such "events" like the Ferguson operation. Well, until recently, when it seems that there's one horrifying leap of tyrannical strangleholds after the next whether it's fracking, surveillance, the smart grid, FISA courts, loss of the right to remain silent, Obamacare, or the upcoming kill switching of the internet under the corporate run FCC.

Now, large swaths of the public, thanks largely to the internet, which ironically originated as a national security weapon, have their suspicions. But is a mass awakening at hand? Or a mass confusion?

Truthers are being targeted for censorship, and branded dangerous. More than one mass shooter claimed to be the victim of mind control. The police escape legal consequences while those that film them are not so lucky. And environmentalists march against carbon dioxide, a natural substance, demanding action from those who created the problem in the guise of the World Bank.

Meanwhile the Hollywood/media/CIA has become so obvious, that some of their productions are actually banned, probably out of embarrassment, like the beheading of James Foley which was used as a psychological pretext to launch a war against ISIS which is actually a war against Syria. These guys need to find better actors.

While some fear concentration camps, it could be argued the whole planet is becoming one. A world in usury debt--owing the Zionist money-lenders debt thanks to the wars, pollution, poverty, and spiritual bankruptcy their policies have helped create. Meanwhile, those the part and parcel of the very things continually distracting you from the source of the problems.

What really happened at the FSU shooting? The official story is that Myron May went insane, had delusions, and decided to lash out.

Many conspiracy sites, on the other hand, claim the whole event was faked, and noted that word of the shooter came from Blair Stokes, who works for SalterMitchell, a PR firm. Here is their public opinion page, they focus on crisis communications.

Here's what it says there:

FSU Shooter Myron May Left Message 'I Do Not Want To Die In Vain'





Hours before he opened fire at the Florida State University library, lawyer Myron May left a desperate voicemail for an acquaintance with this plea: "I do not want to die in vain."


The message was part of a flurry of emails, texts and phone calls in which the former prosecutor laid bare his torment: He believed government "stalkers" were harassing him and using a "direct energy weapon" to hurt him. He said that he had sent packages to 10 people that would "expose" what he thought was happening to him.


Police have said that May, 31, a Florida State graduate, was in a paranoia-fueled "state of crisis" when he showed up to the library with a .380 semiautomic pistol, shot three people and was then killed by cops when he would not drop the weapon.


His social media activity revealed that he believed he was a "targeted individual," the term used by people who think the government and shadowy gangs are attacking them with mind control and invisible, remote weapons.



Myron May sent out 10 flash drives, plus a letter explaining himself and some

documents, before his suicide/murder shoot out with America. He was having directed

energy penetrate his body forcing him to take action and he provided proof that exposes

it happening to others on American soil. The targeting would have been done by the

US military, the only ones with the technology on American soil, and they would have taken

pleasure in pushing him to do it.

The purpose of this letter is 3 fold...


First, I would like to make a sincere plea to you not to let my personal story die ...


Enclosed within this letter you will find a USB flash drive containing a personal testimony from me about the financial, emotional and psychological pain that I have endured over the course of the last few months since I have discovered that I was a targeted individual. I have literally been forced to endure a living hell. There are thousands of targeted individuals within the United States that literally suffer each and every day at the hands of our government. Personally, I have experienced significant harassment from law enforcement in every place that I have been these past few months.


Second, over the coming days and weeks you will hear numerous people label me as a person with mental health issues. If you simply google “targeted individuals,” “gang stalking,” “Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance” or Dr. Robert Duncan, you will see that what I have experienced, albeit not widely known, is very real. In addition, you can find various videos on YouTube by searching under these exact same search terms. Our government is able to capitalize on this lack of knowledge among the general population to coax sentiments towards questioning the mental health of targeted individuals rather then admitting the truth that there is a system of covert torture of ordinary innocent citizens that is happening within our borders.


I have not told a single person exactly what I intend to do and only you eight people know that I intend to do anything at all, but my goal is to garner some much needed media attention to the plight of targeted individuals because we are a marginalized group with few financial assets. Coincidentally, that means that we get ignored.


Third, enclosed within you will also find a sample letter to Congress. Please encourage as many people as you can to send a copy of this letter to Congress. My hope is that if enough people take a genuine concern into the struggles of targeted individuals then Congress will have to do something to stop this once and for all. Not like the false machinations of stopping it that took place in the 1970s with COINTELPRO.


I apologize for putting this responsibility on you guys, but you are the people that I know and trust. I'm confident that Miss Mitchell will not allow my story to die. I sincerely hope that you will 1. keep an electronic copy of my story for yourself, 2. provide a copy for distribution to media outlets, 3. make sure that Miss Mitchell gets a copy, though I am sending her a copy I fear that it may be intercepted, and 4. see to it that if my story is removed from the internet, YouTube, Vimeo, etc. it will be promptly re-uploaded. I know that I'm asking for a lot but please assist me with this.


Lastly, please whisper a prayer for my soul. I am still a believer and honestly feel that there is no hope for me. Consequently, I am making a sacrifice so that others in my same situation might have a chance of a normal, harassment-free life.


I realize that my methods are not the best selection and probably will not be perceived as the selection of a Christ follower, but I have prayed incessantly for months to no avail. Myron May explained his innocents with his letters and brave work to expose this, based on my analysis, and understanding of the facts and reality of the hidden world people don't want to admit is there. Everyone else needs to take some time to understand that what he was going through forced him to do this, and you can imagine this by accepting his statements and circumstances as truth. This means that in the current system there was no intervention possible for him unless we're talking about unconstitutional imprisonment or execution without due process, which is what would have happened if nothing else because there is no method to get assistance, because the government sees us as completely disposable and in need of elimination. In fact, Myron May went to people, and they did not help him. We could have locked him up in a psych ward as some may be thinking, but that would not have gotten him justice for what the government did, and it would have not stopped his targeting. Furthermore, a lot of people think that you get help in psych wards, but in reality all that happens there is harm from drugging causing people to sustain needless injuries (psychiatrists seek to erase memories and nerve impulses from people with major tranquillizers, and they don't treat peoples conditions per say; they don't help people with problems outside of drugging.). We could do that, but again, he would continue to be impinged with signals intelligence by the US military, not solving our problem. There are also other victims yet living under these circumstances, estimated to be at least 10,000 current victims being tortured and targeted unable to get help. It seems logical that this cannot be stopped without serious action beyond what anyone is providing anywhere today.

Myron May left voicemails (below) describing how he was being hit with directed energy in his chest, this is how they do it and it is real. This is why what he did was justifiable. The solution past this event is to find out why the government was allowed to do this in the first place, and all wrong doing should be properly admitted to by the government.

Is the NSA Conducting Electronic Warfare On Americans?

Russ Tice, former NSA intelligence officer and current Whistleblower, was to testify before the Senate Armed Services Committee this week. Apparently the testimony, Mr. Tice wanted to give, makes General Hayden's phone surveillance program look like very small potatoes. Mr. Tice's testimony is expected to reveal further illegal activity overseen by General Michael Hayden which even loyal and patriotic NSA employees view as unlawful. I think the people I talk to next week are going to be shocked when I tell them what I have to tell them. IT'S PRETTY HARD TO BELIEVE, Tice said. I hope that they'll clean up the abuses and have some oversight into these programs, which doesn't exist right now. According to Mr. Tice, what has been disclosed so far is only the tip of the iceberg. What in the world could Russ Tice be talking about! To figure it out let us take a look at Russ Tice's work at the NSA.


According to the Washington Times and numerous other sources, Mr. Tice worked on special access programs related to electronic intelligence gathering while working for the NSA and DIA, where he took part in space systems communications, non-communications signals, electronic warfare, satellite control, telemetry, sensors, and special capability systems. Special Access Programs or SAPs refer to Black Budgets or Black Operations. Black means that they are covert and hidden from everyone except the participants. Feasibly there would be no arena with a greater potential for abuse and misuse than Special Access Programs. Even now Congress and the Justice Department are being denied the ability to investigate these programs because they don't have clearance. To put it in CNN's Jack Cafferty's words a top secret government agency, the NSA, the largest of its kind in the world, is denying oversight or investigation by the American people because investigators lack clearance. To add a layer of irony to the Black Ops cake this travesty is occurring in America, the supposed bastion of Freedom and Democracy, which we are currently trying to export to Iraq.


It just gets scarier. The Black Ops that Mr. Tice was involved in related to electronic intelligence gathering via space systems communications, non-communications signals, electronic warfare, satellite control, telemetry, sensors, and special capability systems. For greater insight as to the impact of these programs readers should review decades old FOIA authenticated programs such as MKULTRA, BLUEBIRD, COINTELPRO and ARTICHOKE. Radar based Telemetry involves the ability to see through walls without thermal imaging. Electronic Warfare is even scarier if we take a look at the science. NSA Signals Intelligence Use of EMF Brain Stimulation. NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKUltra program of the early 1950's, which included neurological research into "radiation" (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as "Radiation Intelligence," defined as "information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation." Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the U.S. government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agency agreements to keep this technology secret.


The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyzes electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer-generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all the electrical activity in the brain continuously. The NSA records and decodes individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for Brain-to-computer link. (In military fighter aircraft, for example.) For electronic surveillance purposes electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject's verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain's auditory cortex thus allowing audio communication direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this to covertly debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia. Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject's brain and show images from the subject's brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject's eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex. bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this to surreptitiously put images in a surveillance subject's brain while they are in R.E.M. sleep for brain-programming purposes. Individual citizens occasionally targeted for surveillance by independently operating NSA personnel.


NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in the U.S. by using the NSA's domestic intelligence network and cover businesses. The operations independently run by them can sometimes go beyond the bounds of law. Long-term control and SABOTAGE OF TENS OF THOUSANDS OF UNWITTING CITIZENS by NSA operatives is likely to happen. NSA Domint has the ability to covertly assassinate U.S. citizens or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health. National Security Agency Signals Intelligence Electronic Brain Link Technology NSA SigInt can remotely detect, identify and monitor a person's bioelectric fields. The NSA's Signals Intelligence has the proprietary ability to remotely and non-invasively monitor information in the human brain by digitally decoding the evoked potentials in the 30-50 hz,.5 milliwatt electro-magnetic emissions from the brain. Neuronal activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 hz, .5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns called "evoked potentials." Every thought, reaction, motor command, auditory event, and visual image in the brain has a corresponding "evoked potential" or set of "evoked potentials." The EMF emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images and sounds in the subject's brain. NSA SigInt uses EMF-transmitted Brain Stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects (on a non-perceptible level). EMF Brain Stimulation works by sending a complexly coded and pulsed electromagnetic signal to trigger evoked potentials (events) in the brain, thereby forming sound and visual images in the brain's neural circuits. EMF Brain Stimulation can also change a person's brain-states and affect motor control. Two-way Electronic Brain-Link is done by remotely monitoring neural audio-visual information while transmitting sound to the auditory cortex (bypassing the ears) and transmitting faint images to the visual cortex (bypassing the optic nerves and eyes, the images appear as floating 2-D screens in the brain). Two-Way Electronic Brain Link has become the ultimate communications system for CIA/NSA personnel. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. It is used by a limited number of agents in the U.S. Intelligence Community. RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in that specific brain area. The frequency to which the various brain areas respond varies from 3 Hz to 50 Hz. Only NSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band.

This modulated information can be put into the brain at varying intensities from subliminal to perceptible. Each person's brain has a unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies. Sending audio information to a person's brain at the frequency of another person's auditory cortex would result in that audio information not being perceived. Additionally, A 1994 congressional hearing reported that nearly half a million Americans were subjected to some kind of cold war era tests, often without being informed and without their consent. In addition, experimentation law is well grounded in constitutional and international law. It is an under-reported fact that two major reports on human rights and torture in the U.S. recently listed illegal radiation experiments. Many more facts are documented below. Therefore, human research subject protections should be a high priority and are just as significant as current issues of torture and illegal wiretapping. IT IS TIME FOR AMERICA TO WAKE UP. It is time for America to protect its Whistleblowers who are our last line of defense against dictatorship and despotism. It is time for America to take responsibility for oversight of its tax dollars and elect leaders who will assume such responsibility now. Yes, the war on terrorism is important. It is even more important and fearful if the terrorism is from within and unknowingly funded by hard working American citizens. There is no Special Access Program beyond the oversight of political leaders elected by the people and for the people. If these political leaders jeopardize national security then that shall be handled in a court of law. But to tell America, to tell the American people, to tell the political leaders elected by the American people that America does not deserve to know what happening in the NSA's dark, black rooms, with billions of dollars, behind closed doors, when we know that privilege has already been abused; that is the true definition of TERRORISM. That is the true definition of Communism and a Police State, no oversight. So fellow Americans, you may hem and haw in the face of truth but know that one day you will realize that your country has been USURPED from the very principles upon which it was founded.

Covert Operations of the US National Security Agency




Imagine it isn't that hard to imagine. You have a lot of technology around you that is mini versions, ie a light gun in the back of a TV tube can function like a military radar to focus energy where instructed (some hobbyists actually convert CRT tubes into radar, just add a sensor), in frequencies outside the visible light spectrum. You have phased array antenna, they teach courses on this at most major universities, same tech that can guide and focus complex waveforms into people and also simultaneously remotely image it, ie HAARP type arrays aka interferometers. Shortly after watching The Matrix, my horrendous slide into insanity began.

Much later, I wrote a blog entry about losing my mind and thinking the government was using mind control on me, although they actually were, and then carrying out a murder-suicide mission due to MK Ultra which left me and all my victims suspiciously alive.

However, real life people in the real matrix didn't think it was a laughing matter, and neither does ABC News. In fact, they're suing my former self as we speak despite his never existing. After that, it gets complicated.

"He was, you know, a normal guy," said his (my) sister, Sharon, "and then he watched that movie and he started saying weird stuff. Like he'd say we were all zombies, but he had removed the splinter in his mind. We tried to get him forced into a mental home by militarized police, but he took off in the night, laughing maniacally, carrying with him a rubber owl."

"People with guns are bad!" said a European guy who just showed up. "In Europe we have no guns. It's great. The government wipes my ass. Guys have sex with each other in public. We worship the demon of our choice, and sacrifice babies. Yay! Happy diversity!"

The next thing his family knew, he was writing blog entries about secret plots and government agencies harassing him. And telling people the Anti-Christ was making himself known to the discerning. And then with the gang stalking, oh vey!


"He even asked if we were in on it," said his mom (my), Glinda. "He said the conspiracy was so big he didn't know who he could trust. And he said the government was using mind control on him. Psychotronic weaponry and subliminal microwave messages. He said he saw owls and eyes on the wall, and felt weird sensations and had fits of rage. Soon, he was wrapping things around his head to block the attacks. He texted me once to tell me it was all the Zionists, backed by the Jesuit Black Pope."

After that, using a single 9mm gun, he went on a shooting rampage in downtown Fort Myers at a kindergarten when a class of 194 children were playing chess. He killed them all, and no one knows what happened to any of the bodies.

"It was like, poof, they were gone," said Office Jim Jones. "Then, we shot Lou Saboter like 55 times as a warning. He kept screaming about the Black Pope being owned by Zionists. Clearly, he needed help."

Jim Jones said this reminded him of Myron May and Aaron Alexis. Both of them claimed that they were victims of mind control shortly before going on killing sprees. Suspiciously, Miriam Carey first and last names didn't start with the same letter, he noted.

Officer Katie Kutter agreed.

"Yes, all that was left was their sandwiches," said she. "In their cute little lunchboxes."

"That's right," I said. "I killed all those kids. Hello. I'm right here."

I waved my arms around and shouted but no one appeared able to see me.  At least I didn't post anything like this--

I mean, why would I go leading people into an MK Ultra trap?

But I did post this.

And, OMG!, that proved I should have been locked up right then before I went and killed those 194 little children! Clearly, I had serious issues. Despite the fact that everyone thought I was happy, handsome, successful, and nearly 7 feet tall.

The names of the children were Andy Aldin, Betty Buster, Carlos Castenada, Den...OK, I'm done with this! This is all make believe! Don't you guys know what's going on!!!!--

Psi Tech -- Psychics or Electromagnetic Torturers?

Welcome to the desert of the real.

Above is the header for a page of the Psi Tech Corporation. It was supposedly founded in 1989 by a 4 star general who took a military technology into the private realm. They claim to have the ability to perform remote viewing, something I remember only from an old documentary about Soviet era psychics testing. Supposedly, it is an ability that can be harnessed whereby action at a distance can be witnessed. The Soviet psychics supposedly were able to glean military secrets from the United States with these techniques, and peer into secret bases.

Also, you may have noticed a little something Illuminati going on up top.

But are the claims purposely stretched here to disguise the true nature of their operations?

Under the heading of technology, it is claimed their system allows the viewers to go "independent of time," that is, to see into the future. For instance, they knew I'd write that I doubt it. Below this, it reads:

"THE POWER TO KNOW

The breakthrough discovery made at Stanford Research Institute was that accessing this vast data-bank of information  was a trainable skill and by using specific rigid protocols information could be downloaded from the Matrix on demand.  Highly trained  "viewers" operate these protocols in the blind, meaning they have no pre-knowledge about the target. All they receive is a set of 8 numbers which are coordinated with the target."

Clearly, we are left mystified. According to a 1999 article by Edward Schneider, the company has been contracted by the military to use their psychic powers (which anyone could learn from training videos) to figure out the location of Iraq's WMDs in 1991 (before they were even called WMDs). Lieutenant Colonel Timothy L. Thomas wrote a paper in 1988 called The Mind has no Firewall in which he emphasized the need to protect soldiers from electromagnetic attacks of their minds. He wrote:

An entirely new arsenal of weapons, based on devices designed to introduce subliminal messages or to alter the body's psychological and data-processing capabilities, might be used to incapacitate individuals. These weapons aim to control or alter the psyche, or to attack the various sensory and data-processing systems of the human organism. In both cases, the goal is to confuse or destroy the signals that normally keep the body in equilibrium.

But, to stretch credulity right after stomping on it, could PSI Tech actually be doing something akin to telepathy? Except only with the power of so-called psychotronic technologies?

According to documentary film maker Marshall Gregory Thomas's series on targeted individuals, or  TI's, there are technologies that exist allowing for the controlling and degradation of psyches in the form of microwave and other electromagnetic weapons. He mentions the Psi Tech corporation as being one of the holder's of the "more subtle patents to manipulate human emotion and behavior in the unaware subject." The others mentioned are Monroe and Robert Malech, the Psi tech Corporation. Apparently, the patent the Psi Tech corporation got was an apparatus that allowed the implantation of subliminal messages into electromagnetic waves that could be use to manipulate test subjects.

Robert Duncan: Whistleblower

 More recently, Dr. Robert Duncan, who was featured as a whistleblower in Jesse Ventura's "Brain Invaders," said that the government was torturing individuals with psychotronics. The point appears to be sometimes to wreck the lives of dissidents, while leaving no fingerprints, and sometimes just to experiment. In other cases, Duncan says the point is to gather intelligence, or to help create a database of mind, or hive mind, with which to further control the human species. He also stated that minds can be read, or hacked into. He even says that your passwords can be stolen from your mind by the government.

CNN did a special on RF weapons back in 1985. But we hear little about these weapons or their applications in the mainstream media these days.



Interestingly, in a piece written by Duncan, he makes many references to the film, The Matrix.  This lead me to wonder if he is referring to the same Matrix that is referred to on the Psi Tech website. I also wondered if perhaps he worked for Psi Tech, but he hasn't responded to a message I've sent to him yet. Duncan also indicates that the notion of psychics being used by the government was perhaps a front to cover up the true nature of operations (as well as things like the Illuminati).

Satan?

Others feel that Duncan is actually covering for the Illuminati, and black magic is the true culprit. Michael Aquino, of the Church of Satan and the NSA, wrote a paper called Mind War which inspired the targeting of individuals, and perhaps the construction of HAARP, ELF towers, and media manipulation.

Technology and Satan: perfect together.

Thousands of Americans claim they are targeted individuals, and they have an advocacy group: Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS). Duncan states that every American may already be, or will in the future be, subject to some form of long distance electronic harassment or psychic telepathy. There will, in fact, be a covert harassment conference next month in Brussels.


According to Marshall Gregory Thomas' films, the protocol being used on dissidents through these practices in America today is nearly identical to what was employed in the Soviet Union. Dissidents are discredited, gang stalked, made to look insane, and finally either force medicated, locked up in jail after being edged on to commit an assault, or put away in mental hospitals where their discrediting is permanent. Except today, the technologies have far outstripped what existed in the Soviet Union, making their use possibly the greatest threat to freedom the world has ever known.

Just recently, Andrew Weber left the Pentagon to fight ebola full time, along with 4000 troops of the un-medical kind. With prognostications of a plague running amok, figures like "10,000 new cases" thrown out as grim possibilities, things seemed ready to heat up. But, in the United States, the response by Obama has been strange to say the least, causing extreme reactions by pundits and politicians. A state of confusion presides, some wondering if it's all overblown, some wondering if it's a dire setup. One moment, Obama is kissing on nurses of ebola patients and having ebola victims and possibly infected planeloads of ebola vectors flown in from West Africa, and the next moment he is calling for CDC swat teams.

This massive psyops operation involves collusion between the government and the private sector. The military has long since embedded itself into commercial enterprises galore, and embedded systems with other systems of military application as well of a top secret nature.

Some of this was revealed by Dr. Robert Duncan in several books. He spoke of citizens being tortured cruelly, some driven to madness, and/or suffering isolation and loss of financial resources. The genius of the program is that it allows deniability, so the target is destroyed and no one is to blame.

Dr. Robert Duncan wrote that: All the torture can be done using directed energy psychotronic weapons with the so called continental ballistic missile surveillance defense grids. 

The torture is, in other words, embedded in systems that are supposedly for the protection of the citizens being targeted.

Products of telecoms, like Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic), can be employed for commercial or military purposes. Take, for instance, this one, a patent for Multi-level multi-user web services security system and method.  It reads: For instance, in a typical corporate environment, a user may have manager level privileges and belong to a human resources community and a marketing community. In a government application, the user may have top-secret privileges and be granted access to navy, DARPA, and weapons of mass destruction communities. AND As can be seen, the XML credential data includes: user profile information (e.g., name, address, etc.); security profile that includes a level and caveats; community of interest profile information that includes one or more communities (e.g., DARPA, FBI, Central Asia COI, WMD COI); interest profile information that includes various topics of interests (e.g., Karachi Airport, Counter Narcotics, etc).

I think I finally understand the importance of being a team player, being flexible, and providing service with a smile.

According the the Homeland Security Digital Library, the Defense Threat Reduction Information Analysis Center (DTRIAC) is "working to enhance support to the nuclear weapons and WMD [Weapons of Mass Destruction] communities."

WMD communities? Now, wait a minute. We never even found the weapons of mass destruction we were looking for when this term was coined and now there are communities built around it? And now these communities will be involved in the fight against bioterrorism which, of course, means ebola, although technically it isn't bioterrorism (or is it?).

There were many stepping stones to our current state of bioterrorism combating via biosurveillance excellence, to be sure.

And individuals are being tortured secreting at a distance in order to create a brain bank whereby eventually a hive mind of perfectly conditioned and evolving citizens shall be contrived.

All we need for all of this to come together under the power of FEMA (which has a slew of Executive Orders backing it up) is for the President to declare a national emergency. And I can't see that happening in the near future, we have that Ebola Czar and everything.

And you know who runs FEMA? Nobody knows for sure except for the Shadow Ones! Perhaps extraterrestrials who have decided to take charge of our destiny? Perhaps Obama is secretly flying ISIS into the country to spread ebola? Ebola was long since weaponized, and even mixed with small pox to make ebolapox. Some think chemtrails will dump it on us--making it chembolapox! Or even worse chembola-ISIS-pox!

This is wrong.

Oh yeah, also, there is no escape. You all have already been infected with a dormant virus which shall be activated by a signal which will be put out by the ELF towers at the proper time, rendering you completely docile and willing to go to FEMA camp to be executed, re-educated, eliminated, or put to work on the New World Order.

US Patent 3,951,134 Apparatus and Method for Remotely Monitoring and Altering Brain Waves

This patent was filed August 5, 1974 by inventor Robert G. Malech of Plainview, NY. The patent itself describes a method to monitor and activate brain activity using directed electromagnetic radiation without the use of local sensors. It indicates that by altering the scan angle and direction of the antennas any region of the brain can be targeted. Since the patent was granted April 20, 1976 it is likely that the spatial resolution and decoding capabilities were minimal at best as the computational resources requisite for such operation, outside the classified realm, were limited at this time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to apparatus and a method for monitoring brain waves wherein all components of the apparatus employed are remote from the test subject. More specifically, high frequency transmitters are operated to radiate electromagnetic energy of different frequencies through antennas which are capable of scanning the entire brain of the test subject or any desired region thereof. The signals of different frequencies penetrate the skull of the subject and impinge upon the brain where they mix to yield an interference wave modulated by radiations from the brain's natural electrical activity. The modulated interference wave is re-transmitted by the brain and received by an antenna at a remote station where it is demodulated, and processed to provide a profile of the suject's brain waves. In addition to passively monitoring his brain waves, the subject's neurological processes may be affected by transmitting to his brain, through a transmitter, compensating signals. The latter signals can be derived from the received and processed brain waves.

Activation of Human Behavior By Remote Means

This 1960 MKULTRA document clearly shows government interest in ways to remotely monitor and influence human behavior.



Dr. Colin Ross "describes the longstanding relationship between intelligence agencies, the military, psychiatry and psychology in Mind Control experiments on unwitting subjects, including use of LSD, psychiatric drugs, radiation, brain electrode implants, hypnosis, verified through government documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)."

The US government has been researching psychoactive drugs as tools for mind control since at least 1942 around the time the OSS was formed (Psychoactives, War, and Covert Operations Timeline). I can relate from my experience that the government is now able to remotely induce alternate realities using drugs, hypnosis and high-stress psychological abuse such as psychic driving. During the peak of my awakening phase I went through what could best be described as acute brainwashing. The following passage from Psychoanalytic Quarterly, 27:612-613 (1958) describes the process of psychic driving:

Playing back to the patient, by means of tape recordings, important parts of therapy sessions has proved valuable in treatment. The procedure consists of insuring extended and repeated reaction by the patient to his own verbal cues ('autopsychic driving') or cues verbalized by the therapist, but based on the patient's psychodynamics ('heteropsychic driving'). Since this compels a continued response within a field largely limited by the cue material, it has been termed 'psychic driving'. Selection of a satisfactory key statement for psychic driving requires awareness of the patient's major problems. Autopsychic driving has as its primary value the penetration of defenses, elicitation of hitherto inaccessible material, and the setting up of a dynamic implant. Its purpose is usually achieved within thirty minutes of driving. Heteropsychic driving is best carried on over extended periods (ten to twelve hours daily in hospitalized patients or during sleep). Its primary uses are changing of attitudes and setting up a dynamic implant.

Psychic driving has been used in many ways: with pillow and ceiling microphones, presentation of the same theme in different ways, isolation of patient, etc. Purely mechanical variations seem of little importance. The responses to psychic driving include immediately constructive reactions, partial blocking, rejection and later acceptance, and rejection and escape, among others. By this method, the patient is shielded from the full implication of his own verbal communications. The voice sounds different. One's own voice is heard ordinarily as a synthesis of air and tissue conduction. Defense against hearing what one does not wish to hear is organized against the synthesis of tissue and air conduction. In psychic driving, tissue conduction is eliminated and thus there is a new situation against which defenses have not been organized. This breakdown in the shielding occasioned by elimination of tissue conduction is one of the basic reasons why driving is effective in penetrating defenses and in enlarging the area of the patient's communication, both to himself and to others. The patient is able to understand more of his communication when it is driven than when he hears it for the first time because of the differences in talking and listening. As the driving circuit is played back repeatedly, both patient and therapist hear more and react more extensively.

Driving (driven material) is verbalization of a part of a community of action tendencies, with reference, for example, to the relationship to the mother, to self-assertion, or to sexual experiences. The reheard verbalizations constitute a cue which will set the particular community of action tendencies into operation, and not any others. In ordinary therapy the patient tends to move away from a painful area; in psychic driving he is unable to do so. The endless repetition confines him to a continuous reactivation of the particular community of concepts.

There are continuing effects of psychic driving. Striking continuously at a given community of action tendencies produces intensification of the individual's behavior. He becomes tense or anxious and this provides the persistent driving force of the implant. Efforts at freeing himself from this intensification cause continuous reactivation of the area concerned and thus further recoganization of the area is brought about. Psychic driving invariably produces responses which tend ultimately to be therapeutic.

In reference to the psychic driving messages, Dominic Streatfeild author of "Brainwash: The Secret History of Mind Control" writes:

The messages were varied. Initially it was deemed best that the patients were played recordings of their own voices ('autopsychic driving') but when they found this unsettling, Cameron and his staff recorded suitable messages for them ('heteropsychic driving'). Then the technique was honed further. 'He had what he called a negative tape,' recalls Roper, 'which was, "There's something wrong with you, nobody likes you. You've got serious problems." Then there was a positive one. "People like you. You like people." He had a programme where he would sometimes play the negative tape first and then the positive one.'

In my case markedly more disturbing phrases from a variety of different voices (including my own) have been used as well as visual and vocal thought insertions and body overlays which at times felt like I was being possessed. The communications enveloped different scenarios putting me in a state of flux as to what was happening.

Global Brain

Dharmendra Modha remarks on IBM's cognitive computing initiative funded as part of DARPA’s Systems of Neuromorphic Adaptive Plastic Scalable Electronics (SyNAPSE):

So the quest is cognitive computing which is about engineering aspects of mind such as emotion, perception, sensation, cognition, emotion, action, interaction by reverse engineering the brain and then to deploy this technology by connecting it to vast array of sensors, billions trillions of sensors such as sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell but even going further to non-biological sensors, sensors for example monitoring the forest, sensors monitoring the oceans, sensor moni... sensors monitoring people, animals, organizations, homes, cars and to stream this vast amount of data in real-time or near real-time to global brain that can extract patterns, large scale invariant patterns from the sensory overload and to act and respond to this data

It should be noted that remote sensing can be used for monitoring purposes in addition to in situ sensors such as telemetry implants.

It may be that in future society nanobots will be used for high-resolution in situ brain monitoring and communication through something like 'global brain'. However, I tend to believe that implants are unnecessary for neural monitoring since it would mean that every synchronistic human event I have experienced was due to a select portion of people having nanorobotic implants. This would be unlikely if they are expensive and difficult to install on a wide scale. Neural implants themselves have been in use since the 1950s from rudimentary devices such as José Delgado's stimoceiver to modern-day electrode chips such as BrainGate.
