Congressman Patrick Murphy, Connected with FPL, Betrays Enviros and Supports Fracking

By Lou Saboter

In the interest of keeping them honest...

Despite the impression some may have that Democrats will be on their side in Florida per fracking, U.S. congressman Patrick Murphy (D, FL-18) may serve as a cautionary tale for the future.

Murphy said he was against fracking several times during his campaign. He also climbed aboard the fight to save St Lucie River/Indian River Lagoon.

But now FPL may have a friend in their pocket in their quest to shakedown customers for millions to pursue a fracking agenda.

As the letter below reveals, Murphy shows an openness to fracking. And he has received campaign contributions from Nextera, which is the parent company of FPL.

More contributors here.

More shall be revealed...

Massachusetts Mayor Shows True Fracker Stripes

I have read your palm and there are serious problems!

(developing story--check back for more details...)

By Lou Saboter

Fracker stripes--colorless, but not odorless!

Berkshire Environmental Action Team (BEAT) issued a complaint with the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission Enforcement Division against Pittsfield Mayor Daniel L. Bianchi (D-Pittsfield). They cited conflict of interest and violations of state ethics law in his handling of the Kinder Morgan Northeast Energy Direct Project.

Bianchi has 30 years of experience in the energy industry, including his employment as a Manager for Global Montello Corporation before becoming Mayor of Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 2012.

Bianchi quit his position as Manager but has remained an employee of Global Montello Corporation while serving as Mayor of Pittsfield.  Critics point out that the Mayor has maintained an office for his work with Global Montello, but a one minute walk from City Hall, for most of his administration.

Bianchi has expressed his uniqueness and individuality by being the only the only elected official in
Berkshire County to come out in favor of the controversial Tennessee Gas Pipeline extension.

And yet, some are not impressed by his maverick ways. For why?

Luckily, emergency management is already in place for when things go terribly wrong. However, you will have to provide a lot of personal info if you want to be protected against their misdeeds. But, you know, you have to compromise somewhere.

And you better! Here's a link to a list of gas pipeline explosions

We've Only Just Begun to Frack

Water has no rights,
the sea claims
endless fossilites.
Why do the ants
always come to the picnic
when the cloth has been laid
out? We've already begun
to feast and now the tide
is out. And when the tide
comes in the sirens sing
bringing foreigners to wreck.
The multi-nationalist beggars,
hounding the bread makers,
one nation under surveillance
whereby to promote the takers.
Vinyard is a globalist villain
poison the water let's really
make a killin'.
Apache helicopters, heart attack
guns, and drones galore:
socialism for the poor.
Retreat from the country
to the stores, copyrighting
the new consumer after
the old one goes extinct,
the merchant class
sells, lets be succinct.
This is the Hell of Spectacle,
window dressing
for the ebola mannequins,
pull the string
and a doll forgives your sins.
There's many a slip and fall
in the aisles of denial,
clean up your thoughts
and provide service with a smile.
What's that you slipped
into my drink?
It's a secret,
I'm rich.

Colliers Contributed $200,000 to Rick Scott

index

(first printed in The Nightly Citizen)

Perhaps in part to prompt Rick Scott toward appointing Barron Collier Company executives to such uncomfortable positions as the Board of Trustees of FGCU, the Collier Family made at least 4 donations of $50,000 a pop to Rick Scott's campaign.
These are in the form of direct individual contributions which appear at the website letsgettowork.net.
The Colliers in question were:
Barron G. Collier  (1-9-2013)
Miles C. Collier (1-9-2013)
Tomas A. Collier (1-14-2013)
Parker J. Collier (1-14-2013)
The Colliers' companies have been leasing out land to oil drillers, such as Dan A. Hughes.
On December 31, 2013, Dan A. Hughes illegally fracked at the aptly named Collier Hogan 20-3H well.
In response, Collier Commissioners asked for suspension of activities, along with Senator Bill Nelson.
The DEP then played along when Dan A. Hughes agreed to stop and allow testing of drinking water which is poisoned as the result of fracking.
